Lovely complementary champagne and chocolates were waiting for us in the room upon arrival. the hotel was situated in a very romantic part of the city, perfect for couples. We were able to walk to a variety of restaurants and bars in the area. the rooftop bar had a great view of the city and made for a wonderful place to enjoy a drink at sunset.

Our room had no window, which made for a very dark and depressing atmosphere. the breakfast was just mediocre, and the staff seemed overwhelmed and unable to keep up with demand.

We also loved the fact that it had a bar and loungers, which at certain times can get busy. The service here is absolutely fantastic, from the moment we arrived at the doorbell to the reception. The staff was very nice and helpful, always willing to assist us with anything we needed. We also appreciated the complimentary upgrade and a bottle of sparkling wine and some canapés that were provided to us. The amenities in the room were top-notch, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, minibar, and a balcony. The on-site restaurant and bar lounge area were also excellent, offering a buffet breakfast and a variety of delicious food options. this venue made our stay truly enjoyable and we would highly recommend it to our friends.
