The hotel is located in a bustling area with lots of shops, restaurants, and attractions nearby. It's within walking distance to most things and right in the middle of the Old Quarter. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, with a spacious bed and a rain shower. The staff provided excellent service, always greeting us with a smile and offering helpful information about the city. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from.

The view from the window was limited and there was no balcony, but it didn't detract from the overall experience.

This hotel is a wonderful little gem tucked away in a small quiet lane. The staff are amazing and so polite, always willing to help. The rooms are clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and large windows that offer amazing views of the Old Quarter rooftops. The breakfast is ample, with a small buffet and a menu to order custom-made items. The hotel's location is perfect, within walking distance to most attractions and only a few minutes from the lake and night markets.

The hotel is located in the heart of the Old Quarter, close to Hoan Kiem lake and the Night Market. You can easily explore the city and visit all the attractions. The rooms are clean and cozy, providing a comfortable stay. The staff is friendly and helpful, going the extra mile to make your stay memorable. The breakfast is delicious and offers a variety of options to choose from.

Some guests have mentioned issues with the maintenance of the bathroom, such as the sealing around the bathtub and towels with holes.

We were pleasantly surprised by the lovely and spacious room we stayed in at Skyline Hanoi Hotel. The king size bed was incredibly comfortable, and the added touch of rose petals on the bed made us feel so welcomed. The bathroom had all the necessary amenities, including a rainfall shower head and plenty of hot water. The breakfast spread was amazing, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from, including omelettes made to order. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk away from the weekend night markets, the lake, and beer corner. Despite being in the bustling Old Quarter, we found our room to be a quiet haven away from the chaos of the city. our stay at Skyline Hanoi Hotel was absolutely fabulous, and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hanoi.

The team there was helpful and friendly; they assisted us with tours and provided information upon request. they allowed us to rest and shower even though we had checked out. Location was prime and easy to find. the rooms were neat and comfortable, complete with a fridge. Shower and bath were satisfactory.

Regrettably, we had made arrangements and booked for Thanksgiving, but, unfortunately, the dining options were unappetizing. the service of the restaurant was slow, and we wished they had more variety on their menu.
