This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the value for money was fantastic. Compared to other places we stayed in during our trip, this hotel offered a great price for the quality we received. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive. The rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable, with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The staff, especially Mr Huy at reception, were incredibly helpful and made us feel welcome throughout our time here. Lastly, the hotel's location, tucked away in a small alley, provided a quiet and peaceful atmosphere, while still being close to the beach and some fantastic restaurants.

The hotel's location is fantastic, being very close to the beach and within walking distance of all the shops and restaurants. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a great view of the beach from higher floors. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The breakfast had a good variety of options to choose from, catering to both Asian and Western tastes.

The elevator could be a bit slow at times, causing a minor inconvenience.

I had a fantastic stay at Smile Hotel in Nha Trang. I really appreciated the private airport transfer they arranged at a cheaper price than the usual rate. The room and en-suite bathroom were spotlessly clean, and the buffet breakfast had a delicious variety of options. The staff, especially Mr. Huy at reception, were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel had a central location which made it easy to get around to meetings. the room was clean and provided regular water refills, which was helpful during busy work days. the staff were friendly and accommodating, and always greeted me with a smile.

The room was very small and reminded me more of a student dorm than a hotel room. the shower pressure was low and the breakfast selection was limited.
