I recently stayed at a lovely boutique hotel in Hanoi. The staff, especially the manager Mia and the gentlemen at breakfast, were incredibly nice and helpful. The beds were comfortable and clean, and the bathroom was modern and spacious. The hotel is in a great location, with all of my favorite spots within walking distance. Even for someone new to the city, the location is perfect.

We were just a short walk away from major tourist attractions and the famous train street. The staff, especially Jenny at the reception and the doormen, James and Leo, were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with valuable information about the city and making us feel welcome. The room was spotlessly clean and the housekeepers did an excellent job of maintaining the tidiness. The breakfast offered a good variety of delicious options to choose from. One of the highlights was definitely the swimming pool on the rooftop, which provided breathtaking views of the city and a relaxing escape from the hustle and bustle below.

We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in this vibrant area. The facilities were of great quality, including amenities like a spa and wellness center, sauna, and a refreshing outdoor swimming pool.
