Convenient location near attractions, shops, and cafes. Helpful English-speaking staff, with access to gym, pool, and lounge area. Apartment on 14th floor with nice view, two bathrooms, great for families. Offered ample drinking water throughout the stay. Front desk provided guidance on shopping, eating, and activities.

had a quiet weekend in hanoi and somerset was even better than our previous stay. loved the spacious rooms, modern kitchen, and convenient location with shops and restaurants nearby. definitely recommend!

Some facilities were inaccessible or under repair.

Die Betten waren unglaublich bequem und wir konnten hervorragend schlafen. Außerdem waren die Zimmer sehr geräumig und obwohl es etwas dunkel war, war es nachts angenehm kühl und wir mussten die Klimaanlage nicht benutzen. Zusätzlich hatten wir einen Kühlschrank im Zimmer, um Getränke aufzubewahren. Besonders toll war die Gastgeberin, die unglaublich nett war und uns sofort wohl fühlen ließ. Die Lage des Hotels war perfekt, nur zehn Gehminuten vom Zentrum und den Restaurants entfernt.

I recently stayed at Somerset in Hanoi for a family holiday. The centrally located hotel offered spacious apartments with cooking facilities and a washing machine/dryer. The staff, especially Som the Bar Manager, were welcoming and attentive. The restaurant had a great menu and the food and service were excellent. The breakfast had a good mix of both Western and Asian choices. The hotel was clean and the rooms were serviced daily. There was also a fitness center and great pools for the kids. I highly recommend this hotel.
