We had a fantastic stay in the vibrant city. The location was perfect, with a traditional market nearby and easy access to District 1. The tourist attractions were just a short distance away. The room and bathroom were clean and well-maintained with all the necessary facilities. The staff provided excellent service and were attentive to our needs. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, and the view from our room was breathtaking.

The pillows were a bit uncomfortable.

The staff seemed inexperienced and unhelpful, often giving incorrect information about local attractions and services. the receptionist at checkout was particularly unfriendly, making the process less enjoyable.

Our stay at Somerset was exceptional. The hotel and surroundings were clean with good facilities nearby. The rooms were equipped with luxury electronics and the entire apartment was very spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring a comfortable stay. I highly recommend this hotel.
