Nothing could have been better.

The staff at Sonnet Saigon was incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. We had an issue with our room upon arrival, but the receptionist immediately apologized and found us a beautiful alternative nearby for the night. The next day, we were able to move back to Sonnet Saigon, where the room was well-designed and had large windows. The bed covers and towels were impeccably clean. The hotel's location was also very convenient, allowing us to easily walk to the main attractions and restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a really enjoyable stay in this well-located hotel. The hotel is close to the main activities and we found it convenient to explore the area. The staff, especially Ms Van and the Bell Boy, were friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a nice view of the city. The breakfast provided was delicious and there was a full service bar. We were also impressed by the complimentary amenities and the attentive service of the staff.

We did encounter a damp issue in our room, which created an unpleasant smell and mold on the walls. This was a disappointment and impacted our overall experience.

The hotel also had excellent Wi-Fi throughout. We were pleased with the overall value for money.

The lack of a rooftop or lobby bar.

The beds were comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. We appreciated the extra blanket provided to use as a makeshift pillow. the hotel is located in a peaceful area that is away from the noise.

We also had issues with the air conditioning in the room, as only one or two small vents were working, making the room hot and stuffy. there were early morning disturbances from the cleaning staff and noise from the street below.
