Our private driver, Ken, was friendly and knowledgeable, enhancing our sightseeing experience. the rooms may be small, but they are impeccably designed and spotlessly clean. the breakfast was delicious, with a good choice of options to satisfy everyone's tastes. a delightful stay at this charming hotel.

The hotel was newly built and nicely decorated. It was located near a tourist attraction, which made it easy to get around. the breakfast was good and the Vietnamese coffee was especially enjoyable.

Staff need more professional training since they were friendly yet not always polished. our room did not have enough natural light and the glass door opened to a corridor where strangers could see inside.

The location of the hotel is excellent, right by the citadel. We loved the outside space and the swimming pool, it had a great Vietnamese vibe. The beds were also very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The hotel had everything we needed and the breakfast was nice.
