We stayed at a boutique hotel in Hanoi twice and had a great experience both times. the staff, including Mary, Danny, and Truo, were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with recommendations for dining and sightseeing. the rooms were clean and tidy, although the beds were a bit hard. the hotel's location in the old town quarter was convenient, with a mini mart across the road and eateries nearby. the airport pick-up and drop-off service was prompt and professional. we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel to others.

We had a splendid time at this boutique hotel! the location was perfect for us, away from the glitz and noise of the city center. the staff, especially Justin and the receptionists, were friendly, professional, and always ready to assist. Despite the hotel being new, it offered great value for the price. the room, though small, was comfortable and clean. the hotel also arranged a wonderful Halong Bay trip for us. We would happily stay here again if we return to Hanoi.

The staff were incredibly helpful and informative, assisting us with arranging tickets for the water puppet show and airport transport. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi.

When our original room was unavailable, they upgraded us to a better room at their sister hotel for free. They even paid for our taxi to the new location and offered a discount on the airport shuttle. Their service was truly exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel.

The price of the airport taxi rides, which we found to be a bit expensive compared to other hotels.
