The attentive staff ensured a pleasant stay, going above and beyond to make guests feel special. The dining experience offered a delicious mix of authentic and relaxed food, from sit-down lunches to mouthwatering BBQ dinners. The facilities, including the sun deck and activities, provided ample entertainment and relaxation options for all guests.

Drinks were not included in the package, which could be a drawback for those looking for an all-inclusive experience.

This was a wonderful and extremely special stay. If your objective is to see the beautiful scenery of this UNESCO world heritage site, then 1 night is sufficient. However, to really get into the holiday mood and make full use of the boat’s facilities, then 2 nights is what you need. The transfers to and from our hotel in the Hanoi Old Quarter were impeccably arranged and extremely comfortable. The food was excellent and very generous. The itineraries were thoughtful and well-planned out. The service was beyond amazing. From the warm welcome to the attention to detail throughout the cruise, everything was well organized. Helen, our butler, was the best! She really cared for us all the time and delivered the best service you can imagine. She made this trip unforgettable and made us smile with her beautiful service!
