The views from the hotel were breathtaking, especially at night. The breakfast at the restaurant was delicious and the staff were friendly and efficient. The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable, and we had a great time exploring the city with the helpful tips we received from Jacky, a staff member at the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in Vietnam.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel! The cleanliness of the rooms was excellent, and the hotel facilities, including the rooftop swimming pool and dining area with fabulous views of the city, were top-notch. The staff, especially Simon and Justin, went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met and provided exceptional service. The location was great, being in the center of this city and within walking distance to cafes, restaurants, the old market, and various monuments. The breakfast offered a variety of delicious options, both Western and Vietnamese. our experience at the hotel was pleasant, and we would definitely choose to stay here again.

sunland hotel exceeded my expectations with its clean and well-appointed rooms, friendly and helpful staff, and amazing rooftop bar with breathtaking views. breakfast was also of a very high standard. overall, a pleasant and enjoyable stay in ho chi minh city.

The staff were fantastic, helpful, and polite. They even assisted with a theft incident at the police station. The hotel had good value for money, a nice river view, and a great sky bar. The breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of cuisines. The pool on the 12th floor was a useful amenity and the hotel had good wifi. Close proximity to the main area of Saigon.

Our stay in this hotel was fantastic. Located in a central area, the hotel is just a 15-20 minute walk away from a popular tourist destination, yet away from the hustle and bustle. We enjoyed a delicious meal in the high rooftop restaurant while admiring the stunning view of the city. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom. The customer service was outstanding, particularly the polite staff in the restaurant who served us the fair breakfast. We loved the helpfulness of the hotel staff.

There was an issue with our reservation, and the hotel staff was not very supportive.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the location is perfect - right on the riverside and on one of the most modern boulevards in Vietnam. It's not exactly in the city center, but still very convenient. Secondly, the staff were amazing, providing excellent service and making sure every detail was taken care of. The rooms, especially the ones I got through the Secret Deal, were spacious with a nice sitting area and had a view over a garbage processing yard, which was oddly fascinating. Lastly, the breakfast was delicious with a great view of the city. The pancakes were absolutely amazing, though it would have been nice to have some more healthy options like muesli or wholemeal bread.

Arriving at the hotel, I was surprised to find the entrance hidden away down a dark alley. Despite this initial concern, the hotel provided a clean and comfortable room with great facilities such as a rooftop pool and bar with stunning views. Breakfast was also impressive in terms of variety and quality. I would recommend this hotel.

The location was a bit outside of the main tourist area, but taxis were cheap and made it easy to get around. we had a really good time at this hotel and didn't have any major complaints.

We enjoyed our stay at The Arrivals Hotel From Sunland. The location was convenient, with attractions and tour bus pick-up nearby. The hotel facilities exceeded our expectations for a budget hotel, especially the rooftop bar and restaurant. The service provided by the front desk, concierge, and bellboys was impressive. The rooms were basic but clean and adequately equipped. we had a great value for our money and would recommend this hotel.

The breakfast buffet was excellent, with plenty of delicious options. the staff was very friendly and always willing to assist with any need during my stay. The location was also very convenient, with many services and amenities within walking distance. I especially enjoyed the rooftop pool with its great views and comfortable setting.

There were no major issues to report during my stay. However, I did notice that the hotel seemed a bit impersonal at first, but this improved as the staff began to recognize me.
