The staff at Sunny Ocean Hotel & Spa were incredibly helpful and polite. We had forgotten a handbag and they quickly arranged transportation to the airport, especially thanks to Peter Huang. The location of the hotel was convenient, just 15 minutes from the airport by taxi. The hotel itself was very nice and clean, adding to the overall enjoyable stay. The room was spacious and close to the beach, making it easy to access the beautiful shoreline. The staff, despite being young and inexperienced, made up for it with their enthusiasm. I would recommend this hotel.

the rooms were spacious and new, and although the view from the sea-facing rooms was not as impressive as portrayed on their website, the overall quality of the room was excellent. the staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast offered was great. I only wish I could have stayed longer to enjoy the pool and gym facilities as well. Considering the price, it was truly a great value for money.

Loved the location, just a 2-minute walk to the beach and had an amazing pool view. The staff were so polite and interested in what we were doing, always giving advice when needed. The property itself was fantastic, and we were even refunded a day for the gym issue. a great experience!

Breakfast was a disaster with cold and empty buffet items. Reception check-in and check-out took too long, and they held my passport without informing me.

The hotel, 2 minutes walk from the beach, had friendly and attentive staff who were always interested in our daily plans and offered helpful advice. the spacious and modern suite we stayed in had beautiful ocean views and was spotlessly clean. the extra amenities, such as two TVs and a huge living room, made our stay even more enjoyable. I was extremely satisfied with my experience at this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is out of this world! The rooms are stunning, modern and super clean. The staff are absolutely amazing, always smiling and ready to help. The facilities are mind-blowing with a rooftop pool, fitness center, and spa offering a variety of treatments. The buffet breakfast is jaw-dropping, with delicious Vietnamese and international dishes. The location is perfect, close to the beach but away from the city traffic. I would definitely stay here again, it's the ultimate vacation spot!

The facilities, including the pool and gym, were suitable for my needs. The hotel's location, just a short distance from the beach, was ideal. Additionally, the breakfast buffet offered a huge selection of delicious local and international meals. With such low room prices, this hotel is one of the best value-for-money options I've encountered.

My Christmas stay was just okay. the two complimentary facts offered by the hotel were a plus. But the location was not that great. Despite that, the staff were friendly and accommodating which was definitely one of the best aspects of the trip. Oh, and waking up late was possible because of the free late check-out.
