Room cleaning can be inconsistent - toilet paper and tissues not always replenished and glasses left unattended for days.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and neat, and the staff were friendly and spoke good English. The buffet breakfast was amazing, and we enjoyed every meal we had at the hotel. The facilities were great, with a kids club that had fantastic supervisors. The bed was very comfortable, and the breakfast was rich. We also appreciated the easy availability of scooter rentals right outside the hotel.

I had an amazing stay at a beautiful hotel on the waters edge. The modern and contemporary design was exactly like the photos. The rooms were well air conditioned and the pools were huge. The staff were plentiful and always willing to help. The restaurant was stunning and the breakfast had a huge variety. The hotel even offered a free shuttle service to the old ancient town. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great breakfast and friendly staff. the location was very convenient for exploring the city. the airport shuttle was a plus and the room had a nice balcony with a view.

The room cleanliness was not up to par. the bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned and there was a weird odor.

We booked a double Deluxe room and were upgraded for free on arrival to a room with an Ocean view. The beds were very comfortable and the hotel was very clean and well-maintained. The service was consistently friendly and attentive throughout our stay. The breakfast offered a wide range of foods from Asian to European cuisine. The two pools were lovely and the lower pool overlooking the beach was peaceful and relaxing. The hotel also offers amenities such as complimentary internet, a cheap shuttle to Hoi An Old Town, and a daily housekeeping service.

Awesome value hotel. This is the first time we have stayed at a resort in this area, and we highly recommend it. the food in all restaurants was amazing, with great variety for breakfast. the location is perfect, right on the beach, and there is a shuttle available to the nearby town. the staff were friendly and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. We will definitely be back.

The hotel facilities were clean and well maintained. Our room was spacious with a comfortable bed and a nice flat screen TV. The bathroom was also clean and had plenty of clean towels. The location of the hotel was perfect for us. It was very near the outlet stores and there were some great restaurants nearby. We also appreciated the handy parking and the easy access to transportation. this hotel provided us with a great experience.

The service at Sunrise Premium Resort was excellent. We had a small issue with our room key, but the staff quickly resolved it and even helped us with our luggage. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff always remembered our coffee and tea orders. The facilities, such as the spa and pool, were well-maintained and relaxing. we had a fantastic stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it.

We absolutely loved our stay at Sunrise! The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, and the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the variety of choices for breakfast and the option to dine at two different restaurants. The pools were large and warm, and the staff even brought ice blocks to cool them down in the afternoon. I couldn't resist being sprayed with iced water for an extra cool-down, which was so much fun. The included spa treatments were fantastic, and the free shuttle bus into town made exploring easy. We even received cake and a card to celebrate our birthdays - such a lovely touch. I highly recommend this hotel!

I had a great experience at Sunrise Premium Resort & Spa. the staff were attentive and made my family feel welcome. the facilities were excellent, including a sauna, kids play area, and two pool areas. the rooms were modern, clean, and comfortable. the beach area was quiet and had activities like beach volleyball and sea kayaking. the food, including the afternoon tea and breakfast, was exceptional. a fantastic stay.

Everything was top-notch, from the exclusive amenities to the attentive service. the Spa & wellness centre was a remarkable experience, and the indoor swimming pool was a great place to relax. the Jacuzzi was a blessing - we enjoyed it after a long day in the outdoor swimming pool. the garden area was stunning, and we appreciated the BBQ facilities. the private facilities were exclusive and made us feel like VIPs.

The Halal food was fantastic, and the Buffet breakfast had a great selection. Cons: the only minor issue we encountered was that the restaurant was a bit crowded during the Continental breakfast, but it wasn't a big problem.
