the boat on halong bay was amazing. great food, friendly staff, and fun activities. exceeded my expectations.

I had an incredible experience at this hotel. The location was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of the bay. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, providing great service and delicious food. The room was cozy and clean, and I loved having a private balcony to relax on. The activities offered were also fantastic, from exploring caves to kayaking. this hotel exceeded my expectations and provided a truly memorable stay.

The location of the cruise was perfect, allowing us to explore less crowded sites in the beautiful Ha Long Bay area. The room was comfortable and clean, with impressive amenities and attention to detail. The staff provided excellent service, going above and beyond to ensure our well-being. the breakfast offered a variety of delicious options to start the day. The view from the balcony was breathtaking, allowing us to fully appreciate the stunning surroundings.

The staff were all very friendly and always willing to help. the rooms were clean and comfortable with nice views. It was great to have the opportunity to explore the surrounding areas, we especially enjoyed the kayaking and the beautiful scenery.

The food was a bit disappointing for the price, often not hot enough or up to the standard we expected. We also had to wait quite a bit for transportation which made the schedule feel a bit rushed at times.

The staff was happy, attentive, and responded quickly. They accommodated quiet cabin requests and dietary requirements. The food was good with a variety of options. Happy hour had buy one get one free. The tours were enjoyable, especially the caves. The rooms were clean, though there was occasionally a smell of cigarette smoke.

We had a fantastic time on our overnight cruise with Syrena Cruises. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure that our stay was enjoyable. They even handled difficult passengers with professionalism. Our double bed cabin was lovely and comfortable. Thanks to Mr Tam and his team for a wonderful experience!
