the property is incredibly cute, nestled amongst rice fields and surrounded by the region's signature karst rocks. the bungalows were spacious and comfortable, with all amenities provided. We loved the communal outdoor seating and dining area. Ana and Tony, the hosts, were the warmest and most generous people we met during our trip. Their hospitality was beyond compare, from the welcome snack at check-in to the bittersweet goodbyes at checkout. the breakfast was a feast of fruits, breads, eggs, and more. the attention to detail, like surprising us with a cup of warm cinnamon tea upon our rainy arrival, melted our hearts. the best hospitality we experienced during our 6-week trip across Vietnam.

We had an amazing stay at Tam Coc Horizon Bungalow Villa. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and excellent service. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, from offering us cold towels and iced tea upon arrival to providing us with snacks for our journey back to Hanoi. The room was beautifully decorated with bamboo furnishings and had a comfortable bed. The bathroom was spacious and clean, with a functioning water heater. The pool looked inviting, although we didn't have a chance to try it. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of fruits, toast, pastries, and noodles. But what really made our stay special was the hospitality of Ana and Tony, the hosts. They never said no to any of our requests and treated us like family. We were sad to say goodbye and couldn't recommend this place enough.

The breakfast at the hotel was absolutely amazing! There was so much delicious food and fresh fruit to enjoy. the location of the hotel was perfect. It was situated in the middle of rice fields, offering a beautiful and peaceful atmosphere. Being surrounded by nature was a definite highlight.

The lack of light in the bathroom. It made it difficult to shave properly.

The hospitality here was outstanding, surpassing even the service I've received at high-end hotels. the location was perfect for exploring the nearby attractions. the complimentary bikes and scooters were a great perk and allowed us to easily navigate the area. Plus, the natural juices served upon return were a refreshing treat.

the bathroom sink was cracked and in need of replacement. the plug in the sink didn't work properly, which was inconvenient.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The owners personally took care of everything and made sure I felt at home. They provided fresh water bottles, chips, and even a foot bath in the garden seats! The location was perfect, with stunning views of the karstic hill and rice fields. It was close to the boat pier and bike paths, making it easy to explore the area. The staff was lovely and the breakfast was delicious. The swimming pool was clean and refreshing. the hospitality, amenities, and location of this hotel made it a memorable experience for me.

We had a wonderful Christmas stay at this bungalow. The location was perfect, nestled in front of picturesque rice fields, providing a peaceful and charming atmosphere. The free bikes offered allowed us to easily explore the beautiful surroundings. Additionally, the breakfast was fantastic, with a variety of delicious options including fruits, eggs.

There wasn't anything we disliked about our stay. The only thing to note is that this is not a luxury accommodation, but it was absolutely clean and comfortable.

During our recent honeymoon trip, we had the pleasure of staying at Horizon Bungalow in Ninh Binh. The hospitality here is unparalleled. From the warm welcome with tea and a delicious meal to the delightful surprises like a glass of wine in our room and hot foot baths, Ha and her staff truly made us feel pampered. The stunning view of the golden rice fields and karst limestone formation added to the charm. The location was perfect - secluded yet close to town. The breakfast was amazing, offering a variety of fruits, traditional Vietnamese dishes, and homemade pineapple jelly. Ha also helped us book our transportation back to Hanoi. We highly recommend this place for an authentic Vietnamese experience and top-notch hospitality.

The value for money at this bungalow was excellent, and the room was clean and updated with the option to shower outside under a cave. The location was amazing, just a short scooter ride away from the attractions. The staff were incredibly helpful and genuinely cared about our experience.

The breakfast option could have had a few more vegetarian choices.

We had a fantastic stay at this homestay in Tam Coc. The owners, Tony and his family, were incredibly welcoming and made sure we had a memorable experience. The facilities were excellent and the breakfast was delicious. The location was perfect, nestled between the serene rice fields and stunning limestone rocks. It was a short walk to all the amenities in Tam Coc, but the owners also provided bikes and motorbike rental for convenience. We felt completely at home here and would highly recommend this homestay.

Spotlessly clean, perfect location just out of town with beautiful views. Unique cliff-set property and fun bike rides to town. Lovely hosts, comfortable bed with a relaxing bolster. Helpful in organizing transport and provided fruit and a gift. Great breakfast and recommended a good restaurant.
