The room was nicely decorated and comfortable, providing a good night's sleep during my business trip.

There were some ongoing construction works during my stay, which caused some inconvenience and noise.

I had an amazing stay at Thanh Lich Royal Boutique in Hue. The room I was allocated was a huge corner suite on the 11th floor, and it was absolutely impressive. The pool on the 5th floor was immaculate, with towels provided. The best part was the friendly and helpful reception team, who made check-in a smooth process. Despite a few minor drawbacks, like some noise from the breakfast area and low water pressure in the bath, my overall experience was fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel. I would definitely stay here again.

Spacious room with city view and natural light

The room was spacious with a great city view and lots of natural light. the bed was comfortable and the linen was high quality. the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices and a chance to try local cuisine.

The hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to explore the city. It is not right in the touristy area, so it's quieter and more peaceful. There are also good food outlets nearby. Additionally, the hotel is very close to the imperial palace, providing a great cultural experience. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the staff is friendly and attentive. The breakfast is delicious and the spa facilities are amazing.

Some guests mentioned that there is noise outside the rooms in the morning, which can be unpleasant.

During Christmas, we stayed at a hotel that had some great complementary activities for their guests. They offered us free breakfast and a bar service that provided one free drink each day. the hotel was located in a prime spot, surrounded by shops and restaurants and near a popular tourist attraction. Another advantage of staying at this hotel is that they offered shuttle services, which took us back and forth to the airport.

Our experience at this hotel wasn't all sunshine and rainbows. the room we were given was extremely loud, and we could hear everything from the street outside.

The hotel had excellent facilities, including a spa and swimming pool, which were clean and well-maintained. the breakfast area on the top floor provided a great view while enjoying a delicious and varied breakfast. the staff were helpful and welcoming, accommodating our early arrival. the room itself was spacious and had a comfortable bed.

We felt that there was an aggressive marketing strategy, with staff giving too much pressure to purchase organized tours and other services. the secure luggage facility was not very secure, as suitcases were visible and accessible from the lobby.

We had a fantastic stay at a boutique hotel in Hue. the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making our honeymoon extra special with some thoughtful touches. the room was spacious and comfortable, with a large bed and functional bathroom. the spa and pool facilities on the 6th floor were amazing, and we enjoyed relaxing massages and saunas. the restaurant on the 12th floor served delicious food at reasonable prices, and the breakfast was one of the best we've had in Vietnam. the staff, especially Mr Long at reception and Mrs Ngan in the restaurant, provided excellent service. this was one of the best places we've stayed at during our trip to Vietnam.

I had a fantastic stay at a lovely hotel in Hue. The location was perfect, away from the hustle and bustle but still within walking distance to everything. The small street behind the hotel was charming, filled with local residences and small businesses. I even got my hair done at a salon called Toc May, just around the corner, and got to soak in the atmosphere of local life in Hue. The pool and spa area were amazing, and the sun-filled patio was a wonderful place to relax after breakfast. The rooms were beautiful, especially the ones with floor-to-ceiling windows that offered great views and made the rooms feel bright and airy. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and I hope they continue to maintain that standard. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hue.
