We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, thanks to the amazing staff, especially Linda. She always wore a bright smile and went out of her way to help us. It was a nice touch when she wished us sweet dreams at bedtime. Linda truly exemplified Vietnamese hospitality. the location of the hotel was perfect as well, being very close to the ancient town yet quiet enough for a peaceful sleep. We were able to easily walk to all the sites and there were bike and scooter rentals right outside. the staff was always pleasant and extremely helpful. They even offered laundry services at a great value. the hotel had a nice pool, the breakfast was good, and the bed was really comfortable.

I had a wonderful stay at a lovely hotel in a great location. the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. the room was clean and comfortable, with strong WiFi and water. I especially appreciated the nice touch of miniature and likable shampoo and shower gel bottles. the hotel's proximity to the ancient town and main attractions was excellent. I didn't have the chance to use the pool, but it looked inviting and well maintained.

We had a great stay at a hotel just outside of Old Town. The room was lovely, with a big bathroom and a nice shower. The location was perfect, very near the old town but still peaceful enough to relax. The breakfast had a good variety and the pool was refreshing after a hot day.

Some rooms had a musty smell and lacked natural light and fresh air.

Great staff, always friendly and helpful. Convenient location, within walking distance to key attractions and easy access to transportation. Comfortable and clean rooms with all the necessary amenities. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet with a wide variety of hot and cold options.

We had a standard room initially, but as I walk with a cane, the staff at Thanh Van 1 immediately assigned us a room on the first floor at the same price. the young team of girls at the reception, especially Emily, Sally, Linda, and others whose names I can't recall. They genuinely wanted us to enjoy our stay and helped us with airport transportation and laundry. the hotel itself is beautiful, with a nice pool and within walking distance of everything Hoi An has to offer. the rooms were clean, with daily room service, fresh towels, and water. Breakfast was also delicious.

We had an incredible stay at a small hotel in the prime location just a few minutes walk from the old town. The staff, including the manager, went above and beyond to exceed our expectations. From allowing us to store our bags and shower before check-in to accommodating our laundry needs, they were consistently friendly and helpful. The hotel itself had all the amenities we needed, including a clean pool, and the rooms opened directly onto the swimming pool, which was a unique experience. our stay at Thanh Van 1 Hotel was excellent and we highly recommend it.

Their warm attitude made me feel right at home. The location of the hotel was also perfect, conveniently close to the heritage area. The pool was well-maintained and a great place to relax. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious, with fresh eggs made to order. The bed in my room was incredibly comfortable and spacious. Lastly, I appreciated that the hotel provided complimentary water bottles every day.

We had an amazing experience at our hotel in Hoi An. the staff, especially Linda, provided exceptional customer service. They made our birthday celebrations extra special with thoughtful gestures like birthday cards. the hotel's beautiful design and pool perfectly complemented the charm of old town Hoi An. the staff was friendly, spoke good English, and helped us plan our onward journey. They patiently explained the various transportation options to Hue and never made us feel rushed. the breakfast, especially the delicious coffee and pain au raisin, was one of the best we had during our trip. the spacious room and excellent shower added to our comfortable stay. the hotel's location on the outskirts of the old town was ideal for us.

They provided excellent customer service and were quick to respond to my needs. the location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk away from the main attractions. This made it very convenient for me to explore and enjoy the city. the room itself was clean and comfortable, offering a cozy and pleasant stay.

One aspect that I didn't particularly like about the hotel was the lack of soundproofing in the rooms. the walls were quite thin, and noise from the communal areas and other rooms could be heard easily.

The hotel itself is housed in a charming old building with rooms arranged in a courtyard format overlooking a beautiful swimming pool. The rooms were nicely decorated and comfortable, with great amenities such as a nice shower, good air conditioning, and beautiful roof ceilings. The bathroom was spacious with plenty of warm water, and the WiFi was reliable. We also appreciated the option to swim in the pool and the availability of computers for guest use. it was a great experience and we highly recommend Thanh Van 1.
