As backpackers, we loved the friendly and helpful staff, free bicycles, and delicious breakfast options. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with great views from the top floor. The hotel is conveniently located, just a short leisure stroll away from the ancient town and local shops and eateries. The pool and gym were also nice additions for some relaxation and exercise.

Staying in this hotel gives you the opportunity to experience the outskirts of town, providing the chance to choose between walking to the ancient time or going to the beach, which is only 10 minutes away and the ride is truly enjoyable through rice fields. The room is spacious, the bed is comfortable and the breakfast is great too. Additionally, guests can enjoy a small but decent gym and pool.

The location of the hotel isn't the most central and there might be some minor inconveniences in going around the city.

This place was a dreamy escape with a central location, spot-on service, and top-notch amenities. Here, walking distance to the city center makes exploring easy. I loved the on-site restaurant's menu and the room service was always timely. The spa was a real highlight with an outstanding range of services. From the welcoming drinks to the shuttle service provided, the staff was simply amazing. Not to mention the lovely outdoor swimming pool, with comfortable sun loungers, where I could spend all day long.

My room was clean and comfortable, with a lovely bathroom. Despite some issues with the shower water falling onto the tiles, the staff were quick to respond and rectify the situation. The breakfast had a good selection and the location was convenient for exploring the area. I recommend staying at this hotel.

the Golden Holiday Hotel & Spa provided me with free bicycles, allowing me to easily explore the area. the staff were friendly and accommodating, even upgrading my room at no extra cost. On the day of my checkout, they arranged a low-priced transfer for me when my phone died.

The room was spacious and clean with a great view of the city. It had both air conditioning and a roof fan, perfect for comfortable sleeping. The staff were helpful and friendly, providing information about tours and transport. The breakfast was delicious with a wide selection of food, including Western options. The hotel also had a swimming pool, although we didn't get to use it due to the rain. Free crisps, sweets, and water were a nice touch.
