The hotel's location was perfect, right by the beach with a stunning pool area. The rooms were well-equipped and comfortable, with private pools for added luxury. The staff were super nice and tried their best to assist, despite limited English. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of options and the restaurants were top-notch.

The water pressure in the shower was low and the water had an unpleasant smell.

Arriving at this hotel felt like stepping into a peaceful oasis. the private pool in the room was a highlight, ultra-luxurious and exclusive amenity that offered the perfect respite for relaxation. the restaurant served delicious local cuisine and the staff was kind and attentive. the spa offered a variety of treatments that were perfect for some pampering. the beach access was also a bonus, providing breathtaking views of the ocean.

The room's air conditioning was not as efficient as expected, which led to a slightly uncomfortable night's sleep. While the spa and wellness center did have experienced staff, a better understanding of English would have been ideal for communication.
