We stayed at Artisan Lakeview and had an amazing experience. The staff was incredibly helpful and spoke fluent English. They pointed us in the right direction to find a swimming pool to cool off from the hot and humid weather. Our airport taxi was upgraded to a larger and more comfortable vehicle, and they even arranged a great trip to Halong Bay for us. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of options, including pancakes. The hotel is conveniently located around the corner from Hoan Kiem Lake, and having rooms next to each other was perfect for traveling with kids. The bright and well-equipped room had everything we needed. The reception staff were helpful in organizing trips, and the early breakfast time of 6.30am was convenient for our early departures. we highly recommend Artisan Lakeview for its excellent location, value for money, and friendly staff.

This hotel was a great find for our stay in Hanoi. its value for money was fantastic, especially considering its prime location in a small tree-lined side street in the quiet Hanoi Old Quarters. Secondly, the staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Additionally, the rooms with a balcony view of the Hanoi ancient town were a highlight, allowing us to take in the bustling atmosphere while enjoying a peaceful retreat. Lastly, the breakfast offered a delightful combination of both a buffet and cooked-to-order options, and the café's semi-air conditioned space with a lovely little balcony overlooking the leafy street was just perfect.

Upon returning to Artisan, we were pleasantly surprised to find that they had upgraded our room. The location of the hotel is excellent, with easy access to tour agencies, restaurants, and museums. The bed was also very comfortable, and the air conditioning worked flawlessly, cooling the room almost immediately. We also enjoyed the outside seating area during breakfast, which provided a great spot for people-watching. our stay at Artisan Lakeview was fantastic and we highly recommend it.

Additionally, their connected cafe across the road served a delicious buffet breakfast that kept me satisfied throughout the day. I truly felt looked after and able to relax during my stay.

The hotel is situated in a prime location, close to key attractions, restaurants, and shops. The staff was very welcoming, friendly, and always ready to assist. I especially enjoyed the breakfast, which had a good selection of freshly made dishes. The bed was comfortable, and the room was very clean.

The room was a bit small, and the toilet broke down during our stay, although it was fixed promptly. Wifi signal was weak at times, which made it difficult to work.
