Beautifully designed room with all the necessary amenities for a romantic escape. Luxurious bathroom and comfortable king-size bed. the breakfast choices were delicious and well balanced. the hotel had a convenient location, near everything we needed.

The soundproofing in the room was not very effective, which caused some disturbance from outside noise. However, the hotel staff were quick to respond and offered a solution, putting us in a quieter room.

The location of the hotel was a bit inconvenient as it was far from the main tourist area. However, the staff were friendly and efficient, allowing us an early check-in and providing helpful assistance throughout our stay. The family suite we booked was spacious, with tasteful interiors and a lovely balcony. The housekeeping service was prompt, ensuring cleanliness and comfort. The rooms were equipped with TOTO Japanese toilets and a good selection of toiletries. The bustling neighborhood offered a variety of shops and restaurants.

The hotel lacked a washing machine in the room, but a laundry service was available.

The Bloom Hanoi exceeded my expectations in every way. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with separate living, bathroom, and bedroom areas. I particularly loved the balcony, which was adorned with a lovely collection of potted plants. Housekeeping provided daily service, keeping the apartment clean and tidy. The bathrooms were equipped with TOTO Japanese toilets and stocked with toiletries and dental kits. The breakfast options were varied and delicious, although I would have liked larger portions and the ability to request additional servings. Located in a buzzing area with many shops and restaurants, the hotel was a wonderful home away from home during our stay in Hanoi.

While the room was well-maintained, there were a few minor maintenance issues that should be addressed. The kitchen in the penthouse was understocked, lacking essential items like a kettle.
