Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

Beautifully designed room with all the necessary amenities for a romantic escape. Luxurious bathroom and comfortable king-size bed. the breakfast choices were delicious and well balanced. the hotel had a convenient location, near everything we needed.

The soundproofing in the room was not very effective, which caused some disturbance from outside noise. However, the hotel staff were quick to respond and offered a solution, putting us in a quieter room.

Spacious, clean rooms with tasteful design. Excellent service from friendly and helpful staff. Delicious and well-balanced breakfast. Convenient location with shops and restaurants nearby. A great choice for a comfortable stay. 👍

The rooms were equipped with TOTO Japanese toilets and a good selection of toiletries. The bustling neighborhood offered a variety of shops and restaurants.

The hotel lacked a washing machine in the room, but a laundry service was available.

The bathrooms were equipped with TOTO Japanese toilets and stocked with toiletries and dental kits. The breakfast options were varied and delicious, although I would have liked larger portions and the ability to request additional servings. Located in a buzzing area with many shops and restaurants, the hotel was a wonderful home away from home during our stay in Hanoi.

While the room was well-maintained, there were a few minor maintenance issues that should be addressed. The kitchen in the penthouse was understocked, lacking essential items like a kettle.
