loved the friendly staff, great location near the lake and French Quarters, and high standard facilities & service. exceeded expectations during our family holiday in Hanoi, definitely stands out among other hotels in the area.

During our Christmas stay, we were impressed by the super friendly and helpful staff. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. the hotel's location was also a key highlight, as it was conveniently situated near the HK lake and within easy walking distance to the Old and French Quarters. This made exploring the city and its attractions a breeze. the spacious and comfortable rooms provided us with the perfect retreat after a long day of sightseeing.

One aspect that could be improved upon was the thin walls between rooms, as we could occasionally hear our neighbors speaking loudly. Another slight disappointment was that the overall feel of the hotel did not quite match the stylishness depicted in the pictures.

We had the best stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel right at home. The room was beautifully decorated and had all the necessary amenities to ensure our comfort. We especially loved the rooftop bar and enjoyed a delicious dinner at the restaurant. The location is also perfect, right next to a stunning cathedral. We would definitely recommend this place to everyone!

The room and bath were amazing! the bed was super comfy, and the decor was impeccable. the staff was kind and welcoming. the hotel’s location was the best part, situated in a prime spot near all the hustle and bustle, but not too loud. the restaurant served delicious food, too. Best of all? the welcome tea and surprise anniversary gifts!

We had some issues with the noise level due to construction work nearby. It was extremely loud and went on until all hours of the night, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep.

We had a wonderful stay at Chi Boutique Hotel. The location was perfect, right next to St. Joseph Cathedral. The customer service was outstanding - the staff were helpful, caring, and focused on meeting our high requirements. They organized our Ha Long Bay trip and booked activities not included in the hotel's offer. The quality of the rooms was excellent, and the price vs. quality ratio was unbeatable. we had a fantastic experience at Chi Boutique Hotel and highly recommend it.

We had a fantastic stay at a lovely hotel in a charming street just down from the cathedral. The location was perfect, as we were right next to St Joseph's Cathedral and enjoyed a rooftop view of the beautiful church. The room was comfortable and clean, with a cozy bed and a well-appointed bathroom. The staff provided excellent service, making us feel welcome and taken care of throughout our stay. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast in the morning and appreciated the facilities available to us. It was a wonderful experience that we would highly recommend.

Nothing that I didn't like.

I was blown away by the exceptional service at Chi Boutique. Ms. Lily and Ms. Trang from the reception team went above and beyond to ensure our excursions were reconfirmed and gave incredible recommendations for dining and sightseeing. The location was perfect, and the clean and well-furnished rooms were a delight. Despite some minor noise, I will definitely recommend this hotel. a fantastic stay.

Construction did not affect the stay. Will definitely return.
