Location was jaw-dropping - close to walking street but without the noise! The rooftop bar was super cool. Staff/reps were mind-blowingly friendly. Free nightly beer - incredible touch. Theatre room - great chill spot. Clean toilets/showers. Highly recommended for a good time and quality accommodations in Vietnam!

I had an amazing time at the Hideout! the staff, both Vietnamese and volunteers, were incredibly friendly and helpful. They made me feel so welcome and were always there to assist with anything I needed. the hostel had a super social atmosphere with lots of activities, like pub crawls and live music. It was the perfect place for solo travelers like myself, as there were so many opportunities to meet and interact with other people. the breakfast, while basic, was good and provided a nice start to the day. the rooftop bar was a great hangout spot with a pool table and a fantastic view. the location was also ideal, situated just below the bustling backpacking street and close to all the main attractions in the city.

Bathrooms could use some improvements.

Mind-blowing comfort with super cozy beds and a jaw-droppingly big window for natural light. Showers and toilets were top-notch, spacious and no wet clothes hassle! The rooftop bar, with its great deals, and the cool pool table added a fun social vibe. The location is perfect. Close to the happening bar streets, but far enough to enjoy peace and avoid overcrowding. Plus, plenty of street food options nearby, a lovely park across the road, and a covered patio for chill-out sessions. The friendly and inviting atmosphere, along with free breakfast and two beers each night, make this a 100% must-visit place!

The value for money is excellent, with free breakfast and even free beer. The location is perfect, making it easy to explore the city. The staff, especially Amy, went above and beyond to help me arrange tours and provide useful information.
