We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in the center of the city. The staff at Light were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing excellent service from the moment we arrived. They even upgraded our room, which was spacious and comfortable. The modern and clean bathroom was a big plus. The breakfast buffet was one of the best we've had, offering a variety of delicious dishes. The hotel's facilities were great, with a well-functioning air conditioning system and a gym equipped with enough machines and dumbbells. The small pool was a nice place to relax, and they even provided complementary towels. the location, amenities, and staff make this hotel a great value for money choice in Hanoi.

Over Easter, I stayed in a hotel with a great location, close to the city centre and with free parking. the staff were very friendly and helpful with good English skills. I enjoyed some complementary services such as a tour desk with great advice and a fantastic breakfast with lots of choice.

Although the hotel provided great complementary services, the pool was smallish and the pictures made it look bigger. the hotel room itself was slightly worn out and in need of renovation.

Stayed at Light Hotel for 5 nights during my visit to Hanoi. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist with any requests. The room was perfect, providing complete silence amidst the bustling city below. The rooftop pool was a great spot to relax, offering a refreshing respite from the heat. The location was ideal, just a short walk from the lake, prison, and central old quarter. On top of it all, the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of fresh and tasty options, complete with a beautiful city view.

During our month-long trip in Vietnam, our stay at Light Hotel in Hanoi was the best choice by far. We treated ourselves to the suite with a terrace, and it was magnificent without breaking the bank. The staff were all pleasant, welcoming, and extremely helpful. The room was lovely, airy, and well-appointed, and the balcony with beautiful bonsai was a great addition. The hotel's location in the old quarter was perfect for exploring and easy access to everything. The breakfast offered a good variety of options, and the rooftop pool was a refreshing treat after a long day of touring. We would definitely go back to Light Hotel if we return to Hanoi!

The value for money at Light Hotel was excellent, with a beautiful room and great amenities. The location was perfect for exploring the Old Quarter, and the staff treated us like royalty.

I stayed at The Light Hotel in Hanoi for three nights during my vacation. The hotel had a great cost/benefit ratio, and the breakfast spread was excellent. There were numerous options like fruits, juices, salads, omelets, phò , and a variety of coffees. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, from the waiters and cooks at the restaurant to the reception staff, especially Helen, Monsieur Thomas, and Amy. They even surprised me with a birthday cake during breakfast! I highly recommend this wonderful hotel and look forward to returning in the future. Obrigado!
