The staff was incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to ensure our kids felt at home. the family-friendly activities kept us all entertained throughout our stay.

My wife says that the hotel could benefit from having a larger play area for children.

the cleanliness here is top-notch - with lovely greenery all around. got great local tips from the staff. they even let you pick what breakfast and soaps you want when you check in. the housekeeping is fantastic - giving you a fresh room after breakfast.

We had a fantastic stay at Memory in Danang. the staff at the hotel, especially Annie, were incredibly helpful throughout our check-in and stay. the hotel design was beautiful and we loved the variety of coffee options at the breakfast bar, including unique choices like egg coffee and coconut coffee. the deluxe room we booked had a comfortable bed and the entire property was clean. a wonderful experience at Memory in Danang.
