Great location! the hotel is just a block away from the bustling markets and local food. the room was clean and the bedding was comfortable. the personnel was welcoming and friendly. Best of all, the price is good value for what you get.

The room I booked wasn't available at first and they offered me an upgrade which wasn't what I booked. After some communication problems, they finally agreed to give me what I originally booked.

The Noble Swan Hotel exceeded our expectations in several ways. the hotel's central location was perfect for exploring the city, with many shops, restaurants, and a convenient supermarket nearby. Secondly, despite being a budget-friendly option, the hotel offered great value for money, with attention to detail evident throughout our stay. Lastly, the staff were friendly and provided excellent service, ensuring that our basic amenities were well-maintained, including the comfortable rooms, which.

Liked the courteous and accommodating staff. the rooms were clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and nice hot showers. the hotel is conveniently located near popular attractions and good restaurants.

Disliked the issues with check-in, where our requested early check-in was not initially provided unless we paid an extra fee. the suite room we upgraded to did not have a locker, and it took a few days for a technician to fix it.
