the noble swan hotel & spa exceeded my expectations during my recent stay in hanoi. the staff were incredibly helpful and the location was perfect for exploring the city. the room was comfortable and had nice amenities, like a balcony for enjoying drinks.

The breakfast was outstanding, with freshly made dishes that were absolutely delicious.

Friendly and helpful staff, especially Lyly. Arranged airport pickup, Halong Bay tour, and provided great coffee and pho recommendations. Great value and highly recommended.

We also appreciated the well-lit and spacious rooms, with comfortable beds. the location was unbeatable, close to many shops, restaurants, and attractions. It was a great bonus to have a complimentary airport shuttle available for our convenience.
