All was perfect.

Amazing accommodations, with super cool aircon and exceptional room servicing. The pool and nearby beach were mind-blowing, offering a refreshing escape. The staff were incredibly accommodating, and although some struggled with English, they were always responsive. The breakfast buffet had a jaw-dropping selection of delicious food, and the hotel's shuttle service to and from Hoi An was super convenient. Thank you for a truly fantastic stay!

The pool at Citadines was perfect for my family, especially with young kids. They had a blast swimming in the not-too-deep areas. The beach right in front of the hotel was a bonus too. The double bedroom apartment we stayed in was comfortable and had all the necessities. The location was convenient, with a short taxi ride to Hoi An old town. The staff were friendly and the sightseeing tours they arranged for us were awesome. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a family beach getaway.

We loved the convenient location, just a short walk to Hoi An old town and local restaurants. The large apartment provided ample space and great views. The housekeeping staff were amazing and all the staff were friendly and helpful. The pool and private beach were lovely, and the breakfast buffet was delicious. it was a great low-budget option with everything we needed.

Had a weekend stay at a hotel close to a lively area. Enjoyed the tasty breakfast with a lot of options available. the massage at the spa was definitely a highlight of the weekend. Plus, the hotel was conveniently located near shops and restaurants.

The pool was amazing and a great place to relax and cool off. Being right by the beach was a huge plus, as we could easily spend the day swimming and sunbathing. The apartment layout was spacious and perfect for our family. Additionally, the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of tasty options to choose from.

The lack of food options during the day and in the evening was a major downside, especially when arriving late and expecting to have dinner at the hotel. The pool area could have been better maintained, as the water was green and there was buildup on the walls.

Loved the vibrant colors throughout the hotel, it felt like a modern art exhibition. The staff at the front desk were quite helpful and gave me some good tips for exploring the area. The restaurant had a delicious selection of local and international cuisine.

Oh, and who needs open shops and a variety of dining options? It's so much more fun when everything is closed and there's barely anything to choose from.

The only minor issue we encountered was the limited entertainment options available, with no leisure/TV room or organized activities. But that was easily remedied with the hotel's location, close to attractions outside the venue.
