During our Christmas stay, we were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary champagne and Christmas cookies in our room. the location was perfect for exploring the city, with many attractions and restaurants within walking distance. We also enjoyed the rooftop pool, which offered stunning views of the city.

Our room was quite noisy due to traffic outside and a nearby nightclub. the breakfast buffet was quite expensive and the food was not as good as we had hoped.

But what really made my stay unforgettable was the staff. They were well-trained, efficient, and professional, yet personable and congenial. Whether it was the reception, dining, or room service, the service was in a class by itself. They made me feel like the most important guest at the hotel. If you are planning a trip to Saigon, I highly recommend staying at The Reverie Saigon. I'll definitely be coming back in a heartbeat. No need to look elsewhere!

The hotel's interior decoration is really amazing and the location is spot on, close to many attractions. The rooms are very comfortable and clean, with a magnificent view. The staff's service is outstanding, always looking to assist you. No detail is missed, from complimentary minibar to chocolates on your pillow at night.

They only offered a smallish car and refused to arrange a better one, despite having multiple Rolls Royce cars parked outside. Some aspects of the hotel can be confusing to navigate, with multiple entrances and different floors for check-in.

We had a fantastic stay at a centrally located hotel in Saigon. The rooms were superb and the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. The warm welcome we received, complete with rose petals and champagne, made us feel like valued guests. The bed was exceptional, and the breakfast spread was delicious, with free-flowing champagne and a wide variety of tasty options. The hotel's restaurant, Cafe Cardinal, was also worth a visit, with an incredible head chef and attentive service. We received exceptional care throughout our stay and are already planning to return for our anniversary in the future.
