The View Sapa Hotel in Sa Pa was a fantastic stay! The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, and the hotel is in great condition. The rooms were clean, spacious, and had plenty of storage space. We also appreciated the many power-points in the room for charging our devices. The breakfast spread was delicious and the view of the valley and mountains from our room was breathtaking. a wonderful experience!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Sa Pa. The breakfast buffet had lots of options and I enjoyed the Asian breakfast. The beds were really comfortable and the spacious bathroom had plenty of hot water. The hotel is located in a good spot, a bit out of the way with a view to the mountains. The staff were all helpful and polite, assisting with arranging a trip to Fansipan mountain.

Our stay was marred by a few negative factors. the air conditioning was inadequate and made it difficult for us to sleep comfortably.

The location of the hotel was not ideal as the area outside was very dusty due to the constant passing of trucks down a steep hill. However, once inside the hotel, we were impressed with the room and bathroom. The beds were very comfortable with clean sheets and towels. The staff provided excellent service, being polite, attentive, and always ready to answer our questions. The breakfast buffet offered a decent variety of options, including Vietnamese and Western food. Additionally, the hotel had a helpful manager who provided detailed travel information and even escorted us during a late-night bus trip.

There was a slight language barrier at times as some of the staff members were not fluent in English.
