The breathtaking views from the rooftop infinity pool and the attentive staff made our stay memorable. I especially appreciated how they helped recover my lost laptop just in time for our flight.

Hotel was quite impressive! the view from my room was stunning, I felt like I was in a postcard! near the top floor pool, I got to enjoy some drinks while taking in the gorgeous scenery, just what I needed. The staff even brought me extra pillows in no time, it made a difference! plus, the breakfast selection was wide, I could’ve stuffed my face with fruit all morning.

the local area felt unsafe due to inappropriate behavior from other guests!!! guests were quite disruptive in shared spaces like the pool and elevators!!! improving soundproofing in rooms could enhance guest experience!!!

Consider requesting extra pillows upon arrival. staff are quick to respond. Enjoy the rooftop infinity pool during sunset for a beautiful view and a relaxing atmosphere.

the breakfast was cold and definitely not what one would expect from a so-called five-star establishment. also, the local area felt quite unsafe, which dampened the experience. I woudl ve been more understanding if there was at least a complimentary drink to lighten the mood after all this. I almost gave a good review but just couldn’t.

this hotel is super nice! the view from my room was crazy good, like breathtaking. the staff were really friendly and helped me out a lot, brought me extra pillows really fast. the breakfast had a lot of options, even fruit, which i loved. also, the pool on the top floor had a chill vibe and was never too crowded!

the wifi was super slow and made it hard to work. and the breakfast ended at 9:30, which sucked for someone who likes to sleep in.
