The White Guest House exceeded my expectations in every way. Exceptional service, immaculate rooms, great location, and delicious breakfast. The staff, especially Tai, were incredibly helpful and enthusiastic in providing recommendations. The location was central yet quiet, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep.

The noise from inside the hotel kept me up at night. the lack of an elevator and narrow stairs made it difficult to carry my luggage.

Our room, though small in size, was well-renovated and immaculately clean. The new bathroom had no inconveniences or odors, and the water pressure was great. The comfortable bed allowed us to rest well. The staff were exceptional, particularly one of the guys who went above and beyond to help us. They even organized the delivery of my forgotten sunglasses after I checked out. We were thoroughly impressed and grateful for their help and hospitality.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the great recommendations for places to eat and tours. The room had excellent soundproofing, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The location was convenient and quiet. The room was well-maintained, with daily coffee and tea provided. The facilities were new and well-kept. The decent breakfast provided a good start to the day. We were touched by the send-off gift of bananas for our morning flight.

The location of the hotel is outstanding, right in the backpacker area. It is so close to such a busy area, yet the hotel itself is quiet and peaceful.
