The location is perfect for exploring the old quarter of Hoi An on foot. The breakfast provided is delightful, offering a tasty start to the day. The facilities are great, but it is truly the staff that make this hotel exceptional. We enjoyed our stay so much that we extended for an extra night.

During my stay at Thien Nga Center, the staff went above and beyond to make my experience enjoyable. They took the time to recommend activities and even helped me book a cooking class. One of the highlights was the personalized meeting with the Easy Riders to decide if I wanted to join their tour. The facilities were great, but it was the attentive and friendly staff that made my stay truly memorable. I ended up extending my stay for an extra night!

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

We also appreciated the option to rent bikes from the hotel for free, as well as the convenient internet connection and refreshing swimming pool.

Upon arrival at 5am, we were pleasantly surprised to find the hotel caretaker who gave us access to the hotel even though it was closed. the staff at Thien Nga Center Hotel were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to assist with any questions or concerns we had. the location was convenient, with a short walk to Hoi An Ancient Town and nearby dining and shopping options. the breakfast provided was delicious, and the room was spacious and equipped with both a fan and AC unit.
