We stayed at Thien Thai for 2 nights with our family and loved it. The upgraded family suite was so comfortable and homey. The location was perfect, close to the sights and shopping but in a less busy area. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, providing excellent service from housekeeping to breakfast. The hotel even arranged tickets for us and offered complementary afternoon tea and laundry. we had a wonderful stay and would enthusiastically recommend this hotel to anyone visiting.

We recently stayed at a 4-star hotel in the city center, near the Old Quarter. The location was perfect as we were able to easily explore the market and other attractions. The hotel provided excellent service, with staff that were helpful and attentive. They not only arranged tickets for us to various shows and activities but also offered great recommendations for restaurants. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hotel had a lovely dining area where we enjoyed delicious meals. The hotel also had a spa and wellness center, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this place to our friends.

The hotel does not allow pets. However, other than that, our stay was absolutely wonderful.

Giddy up, the home-made ice cream at Thien Thai Hotel & Spa whisked me away to flavor town! the staff's warm vibes and my room's ample bench space added icing on the cake. Nearby joints like Yin & Yang and Bun Cha 34 are worth stomping to.

The school next door's morning buzz and propaganda jingles might ruffle early risers' feathers, but this cozy spot beams through.

Spent Easter weekend at a hotel in Vietnam. the staff was incredibly friendly, nothing was too much trouble. They even helped us with directions outside the hotel. the location was perfect. Easy access to a range of places to visit. the room was equipped with comfortable beds and a nice bathroom. They also offered a complementary afternoon tea and laundry service which was greatly appreciated.

One of the staff members gave us wrong directions, which was a bummer. It was a fair walk from the main town area to the hotel.

The room felt like a cozy home with spacious separate bedrooms, a comfy lounge, and a work area with Wi-Fi. As someone who craves a touch of nature, the large windows brought a refreshing outdoor vibe.

The shower pressure in one room felt a bit weak, but others might not mind.

The shower fitting in the bathroom could use some improvement, as the shower head tends to fall off the wall.
