The hotel is conveniently located near Bến Thành Market, making it easy to access the bustling markets and immerse in the local atmosphere. The central location also ensures that many tourist sites are within walking distance, allowing us to explore the city with ease. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The breakfast provided was decent, offering a variety of options to start our day.

The rooms were on the smaller side, which made it slightly cramped for three people.

I had a very pleasant stay at Bon Ami Hotel - Thien Xuan. The location was great, just a short walk to the famous market. The room was clean and comfortable, and the Wi-Fi was reliable. I especially appreciated the friendly and helpful staff. They went above and beyond to accommodate my needs and even stored my bags when I needed to leave temporarily. The breakfast was delicious and filling. I highly recommend this hotel for its central location, comfortable rooms, and excellent service.

The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, they listened to our complaints and offered to help. Special thanks to Tam for helping us with our check-in and printing our boarding passes. The breakfast offered a good variety of dishes, both Asian and Western foods were available.

The bathroom in the triple room had no exhaust fan, making it feel like a sauna every time we went in. The room also lacked proper air conditioning, which definitely needs improvement.

The location of this hotel is absolutely ideal for exploring Ho Chi Minh City. It is just a 2-minute walk from the tour office, making it incredibly convenient to navigate through the city. This hotel is close to perfection in terms of its location. On one side, you have the bustling Ben Thanh market and the backpacker areas. On another side, you have the modern center with its impressive buildings. And on the last side, you have all the beautiful, historic buildings of the city - it's right in the heart of District 1.

As a tourist, I really enjoyed the hotel's excellent location. It was easy to walk to Saigon Centre/Square and Ben Thanh Market. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Ms. Ha Tam and Ms. Thanh Van at the reception. Mr. Ken, the doorbell man, was always kind and went out of his way to assist with luggage and shopping bags. The hotel room was clean, spacious, and exactly as shown in the online pictures. The breakfast may not have had a large variety, but the food was delicious. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to the city.

I felt very comfortable during my stay and had no reason to complain.
