The hotel is located right in the heart of the old quarter, making it a convenient base for exploring Hanoi. The staff were attentive and provided great service throughout our stay. The rooms were well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, including comfortable beds. Additionally, the breakfast included in the stay was a nice touch and added value to our experience.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was unexpectedly clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect, right in the center of everything. There were plenty of restaurants and coffee shops nearby, and it was easy to walk to all the attractions in the historical old town. The breakfast served at the hotel was delicious, with both Vietnamese and Western options to choose from. The staff, especially Jenny, were extremely helpful and friendly. this hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness, facilities, location, breakfast, and staff.

There were plenty of affordable Vietnamese restaurants and street food vendors nearby as well. The rooms were clean and cozy, with all the necessary amenities. The staff was friendly and accommodating, helping us with taxi services, tour arrangements, and even storing our luggage while we went on excursions. The breakfast served with a smile was delicious, and the complimentary water was a nice touch. a fantastic experience.

That the room I stayed in didn't have any windows, which made the air a bit stuffy.

The price for this 2-star place is exceptional. Room was clean, bed comfortable. Close to restaurants and coffee shops. English-speaking staff arranged travel and let us use facilities after check-out.

The rooms are comfortable, well-appointed, and clean, offering a pleasant stay. The staff are friendly, helpful, and speak good English. The hotel offers great tours to Halong Bay and Sapa, providing convenience for guests. Additionally, they provide a complimentary taxi service when purchasing train tickets.

The breakfast selection could be improved.

Great breakfast with unlimited fruit, yogurt, and coffee. Perfect location in the old town, close to the lake, restaurants, and tourist agencies. Staff initially sleepy but later attentive, providing towels when we needed them and even cutting a pineapple for us. Spacious and comfortable rooms, except for one with a window facing the corridor without a curtain. Helpful staff recommends places to eat and visit, especially the nearby taco bar. Exceptional value for the amenities provided.
