I had a wonderful stay at a hotel in a prime location in Hanoi. The hotel was conveniently situated, allowing me to easily explore the vibrant atmosphere and charm of the city. The staff were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to ensure that I had an enjoyable stay. They provided me with valuable recommendations on places to visit and eat, making my experience even more memorable. Although there were a few minor drawbacks such as small rooms and occasional noise, I still had a delightful stay. I highly recommend this hotel for its great location and the friendly service provided by the staff.

The breakfast and location were fantastic! The eggs were freshly made and there was a variety of choices. The location was so convenient, walking distance to popular spots. The best part was the helpful staff, they were friendly and willing to assist with any questions we had.

The first room we stayed in had a strange smell and the bedding was poor quality. We opted for the room with no windows in order to avoid loud street noise but ended up being on the first floor, where we could hear everything going on in the reception area.
