During my recent stay at Hanoi Diamond King, I was impressed by the exceptional service provided. The staff, particularly River and Lilly at reception, were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The hotel's central location in the Old Quarter made it convenient for exploring the city. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hot water pressure in the bathroom was amazing. I also appreciated the complimentary tea and coffee available in the lobby. Despite a few minor drawbacks such as a crowded balcony and a troublesome room light, these issues were easily resolved and did not detract from my overall experience. I highly recommend Hanoi Diamond King for its excellent service, convenient location, and comfortable accommodations.

The hotel's location in the center of Hanoi's old town makes it convenient to explore all the sights. It is just a short walk to Hoem Kean Lake and there are plenty of local food options nearby. The spacious rooms have balconies where you can enjoy a night time drink and the breakfast offers a mix of Asian and continental food items, including customizable eggs.

The walls in the rooms were thin, making it easy to hear noise from other guests.

We were warmly welcomed by the attentive staff and enjoyed a comfortable 4x4 airport pick-up service. The luxurious room was spacious and well-decorated, offering great value for money. The buffet breakfast had a wide variety of tasty options. The hotel's central location made it convenient for exploring the old town, with shops and attractions just a short walk away.

Great price, outdated room, bathroom needs renovation, good sleep, delicious breakfast. Helpful and friendly staff, offered free amenities and stored luggage for Halong Bay trip.

There was nothing I didn't like.

During my Xmas stay, the complimentary wine and chocolates in the room were a nice touch. the location was perfect for exploring the city on foot and there were plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. the room was spacious and the bed was comfortable which resulted in a good night's sleep.

The hotel was quite noisy at night which made it difficult to sleep. the walls were thin and I could hear people talking and children screaming in the hallways.

This hotel is in a great location, right in the center of the old town bustling with life. Rooms are equipped with great quiet Air Conditioning, and some even have a nice window to the outside. The staff is amazing and always ready to help you with anything you need. Breakfast selection is varied, with REAL vegetables and added dishes for all tastes.

Felt good, no complaints whatsoever

I recently stayed at a hotel on Ma May Street in the Old Quarter and it was absolutely amazing. The location was superb, right in the center of all the action. The staff were so friendly and always went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. The room was comfortable and had all the necessary amenities. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

That the room wasn't completely dark, as there was a window where light from the corridor would shine through.

I recently stayed at Diamond King Hotel & Travel in the heart of the old town and had a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and always had a smile on their faces. They went out of their way to help with any request and nothing was too much trouble for them. The buffet breakfast offered great value for money, and the bed in my room was incredibly comfortable. Even though I had a room without windows, it didn't bother me as I knew I would be out exploring most of the time. it was an awesome hotel and I would highly recommend it.
