We had an amazing experience staying at this venue! The location was perfect as it was away from all the other main boats which gave us a chance to take photos without other boats being in the picture. The staff provided excellent room service and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. It was great that the shuttle service was available to the shops as we were able to get all we needed. We enjoyed the buy 2 get 1 free happy hour and the tours/ticket assistance made it easy for us to plan our day. The flat-screen tv and electric kettle were appreciated room amenities.

The boat was decent and the deck was huge, perfect for taking nice photos. Complimentary food and transport were great, and the location was idyllic. I also enjoyed the kayaking tour.

The worst aspect of my stay was seeing the pollution in the surrounding bay. It was a pity to witness such environmental degradation.

The distribution of small bottles for drinking water could be reduced to help reduce the environmental footprint.

I recently went on a 3-day/2-night cruise and it was an amazing experience. the cruise, UniCharm, was everything I hoped for and more. the rooms were absolutely beautiful and the food was delicious, plentiful, and varied.
