The room was huge and comfortable with a big bed. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, assisting us with finding a great Ha Long Bay cruise. Checking in early and leaving luggage was no problem. Located in the city center on a quiet street, close to the airport transfer bus stop and railway station.

Nothing that I didn't like.

The bathroom was a bit small and the street noise was quite loud.

The cleanliness of the rooms could be improved as they were slightly grubby and the bedding and towels appeared worn.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, nestled in a quiet side alley in the heart of the city's bustling old quarter. It was so convenient to be just a short 10-minute walk from the beautiful lake and lively streets of the Old Quarter. The area surrounding the hotel was lovely, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and cafes to explore.
