We recently had an excellent cruise with Venezia Cruises. the boat was clean and modern, with plenty of space to relax and enjoy the beautiful landscape. Our tour guide, Trung, was friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and enjoyment. the staff were nice, and the room was spacious with good hot water for showers. the scenery was fabulous and we even had the chance to see langurs on the mountain during our bamboo boat ride. we highly recommend this cruise and the wonderful service provided by Venezia!

The location of the cruise is perfect, offering a unique experience in the less crowded area of Lan Ha Bay. The stunning scenery and serene atmosphere make it a great value for money compared to more crowded areas like Ha Long Bay. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with hot water and excellent service from the friendly staff. The delicious food, including a fantastic braised pork dish, adds to the overall experience. the facilities and room amenities are well-maintained and provide a comfortable stay.

The facilities could use some refurbishment, but it doesn't significantly impact the overall experience.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the tour guide was knowledgeable. The bed in our room was comfortable, and the view from the room was amazing. We enjoyed the itinerary that was planned for us, and it provided a relaxing experience.

The food was average and the blanket provided was too thin. The air conditioning made the room cold at night.

The two things I liked the most were the beautiful scenery of the bay and the attentive and friendly staff. the bay was not crowded at all, which provided a relaxing environment to enjoy the sunset and sunrise.

The only negative aspect I can mention is the transportation to get to the cruise. It took longer than I expected, including a ferry ride and a bus ride.

We had a fantastic time staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The room was very spacious and had a big window, allowing for a beautiful view. The food served at the hotel was absolutely delicious, and we even had the opportunity to participate in a cooking class, which was so much fun. The staff went above and beyond to help us arrange tours to nearby attractions at a very reasonable price. We had an informative and enjoyable tour, and felt like we got great value for our money. The hotel staff and tour guides were lovely, providing us with plenty of information and making sure we had a wonderful stay. The hotel also offered a variety of activities such as kayaking, cycling, and visiting a local village, which added to our overall experience.

Cleanliness was top-notch; hotel facilities were modern and well-maintained. Transportation was convenient, especially the location on the bay and the trips to Cat Ba island, the cave, and the Cat Ba ferry. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
