The service provided by the staff was exceptional - they were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The communication with the hotel prior to our arrival was excellent, which made the check-in process smooth. The banana pancakes they made for us upon our arrival were delicious. the beautiful pool on site provided a calm and relaxing atmosphere after a busy day exploring.

That the double room we booked was converted into a twin, making the bedroom a bit cramped. However, this was a minor inconvenience and did not significantly impact our stay.
