During my stay, the place seemed nice at first, with a sweet reception team. the room was spacious, clean, and offered a lovely river view. Everything was great until the day we checked out. Let's just say there was a minor breakfast confusion that left my wife with a surprise substitution. it was a peaceful spot with charming staff. And that's all I have to say about that.

Our 6-night stay at Vina was delightful! the central location allowed us to explore easily. the room was spacious with a lovely river view. the staff, especially Tran Thi Hanh, were friendly and helpful. Amenities like kettle, fridge, and safe were in good condition. the peaceful music in the reception area was a nice touch. Breakfast options were simple but tasty.

Would be happy to recommend this hotel.

Staying at this hotel was a delightful experience compared to previous stays. the room service was impeccable, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. We especially enjoyed the spa & wellness centre, where we indulged in rejuvenating massages and body treatments. the location by the river was serene and picturesque, providing a peaceful atmosphere for relaxation. the staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home.

There were a few areas that could be improved. the breakfast could use some upgrades to offer a more diverse and satisfying selection.

Seriously jaw-dropping! Massive studio room with couch & chair, separate bedroom area, and bathtub in bathroom. Staff super helpful and location ideal for exploring on foot, close to city area attractions. Amazing filtered water provided and top-notch free Wi-Fi for a SUPERB stay!

Staff friendly! Room very large - studio with living area. Separate bedroom area - bathroom has tub/shower - filtered water provided. Windows in both living and bedroom areas. I felt like a movie star enjoying the spacious "suite" area, complete with a living room for royalty! the filtered water was a nice touch, making me feel like a pampered celebrity quenching my thirst in between scenes.

Inconsistent breakfast options.
