stayed in hoi an before, but vincent's house exceeded expectations. villa and rooms were clean and beautiful, surrounded by lush plants. convenient location near eateries and a short walk to the ancient city. vincent and his staff provided excellent service and cheap transport for tours. would definitely recommend to friends.

The room and balcony overlooked beautiful gardens and a pool, offering a pleasant view. the pool provided a refreshing way to cool off from the hot weather.

One issue I encountered was the lack of information about the hotel's location on maps, leading to some confusion upon arrival. It would be helpful if the hotel's old location could be removed, leaving just one accurate location for visitors to find easily.

The cleanliness was exceptional, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The location was perfect, as it was close to everything in this city. The staff was amazing and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The breakfast served every morning was delicious.

We had an incredible stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms was exceptional, with no signs of mold. The hotel facilities, including the lovely pool and relaxing poolside chairs, were top-notch. We appreciated the convenient location, just a short 7-minute walk to the city center and with various amenities such as restaurants, coffee shops, and mini marts within a 5-minute walk. The staff, particularly Vincent and his family, were welcoming, helpful, and provided excellent customer service. Vincent gave us valuable local knowledge and recommendations for tours, tailors, restaurants, and spas. We also enjoyed the delicious and varied breakfast, especially the mouthwatering banana pancakes. this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way.
