I recently stayed at a hotel in a bustling area with many shops nearby, which was so convenient for me. The restaurant was just next to the hotel, making it easy to grab a quick bite. The room was clean and comfortable, with a cozy bed that helped me relax after a long day. The service was excellent, and the staff went above and beyond to assist me with tours and taxis. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast that had a variety of options to choose from. The panoramic views of the city were breathtaking, especially from the indoor pool. it was a wonderful experience.

Nothing that I didn't like.

I had an exceptional stay at Melia. The view of Phu Ly from my room was amazing, and the room itself was clean and tidy. The service was excellent, and the staff were courteous. Finally, the bed was just right - not too soft or too hard. Despite not having breakfast included, the great price made up for it.

Though the hotel arranged for airport transfer, I had a slight inconvenience when the driver dropped me off at the wrong terminal. However, this did not overshadow the convenience of having Vincom Plaza nearby and enjoying the awesome view.

The view from the room was very nice and the bed comfortable. the gym was also very good and the location was convenient for quick access to shops and restaurants.

The vegetarian food options were very limited and repetitive. the airport transfer arranged by the hotel was a disaster.

This hotel exceeded my expectations with its exclusive amenities! the room was impeccable and had all the necessary comforts, including a beautiful balcony overlooking the mesmerizing view. the indoor swimming pool is one of the best I have experienced so far; I enjoyed the sauna and steam room too. I had an amazing massage at the spa centre. the garden area is quite impressive! the restaurant and bar/lounge area offer great options that cater to everyone's taste.

I encountered only one minor issue; the service staff was slow to respond to my needs and requests when I visited the restaurant.
