During my New Year stay, I found two complementary facts provided by the hotel to be very considerate. The employees were also very hospitable and accommodating, and helped me feel at home. the location was prime as it was close to the night market and an attractive commercial plaza. Breakfast was also a highlight with abundant choices available.

I was disappointed when the massage I had booked a day in advance was canceled last minute due to “no water. ” It ruined my last night in the city.

Clean room and bathroom. Friendly staff. Nice view of the river. Indoor pool with rentable floaties. Comfortable bed. Great shower facilities. Clear view of the Han River. Walking distance to night market and shopping. Exceptional service. Excellent breakfast buffet with variety of food.

The luxurious amenities and excellent service at this hotel made for a truly memorable stay. The Spa & wellness centre exceeded expectations, with a variety of treatments and a relaxing Sauna. The Outdoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi were clean, well-maintained, and offered stunning views of the location's natural beauty. The exclusive access to the beach included beach umbrellas and sun loungers, making it easy to relax and unwind.

While my experience was overwhelmingly positive, there was one minor issue that I encountered. The restaurant was a bit slow during lunch, which made me feel somewhat frustrated.

The view from our room on the upper floor was absolutely breathtaking. I was mesmerized by the panoramic sights of the Han River and the Dragon Bridge, even though I couldn't catch the fire-breathing show from our room. The location of the hotel was perfect, within walking distance to the night market, Dragon Bridge, and Vincom Plaza for food and shopping. The room itself was clean, spacious, and elegantly decorated. I also thoroughly enjoyed the top-notch gym facilities and the spa. The pool was great, and the massages were heavenly.

The hotel's location is ideal for exploring the city, with easy access to transport options. Guests can easily call for a transport to Be Man Seafood restaurant, straight to Han bridge, or to the night market. The hotel is also situated near the river, providing a peaceful and scenic atmosphere. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with spacious beds and a nice view of the river and the Dragon Bridge. The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. The breakfast offers a wide variety of options, catering to different tastes.

Some guests have mentioned that the pool area can be unpleasant due to some guests spitting in the water.
