As a solo traveler, I had a fantastic stay at a newly opened hotel. The location, although a bit far from downtown, offered a unique experience amidst the sea of scooters. My room had a stunning view of the city and was spacious with all the necessary amenities. The friendly and courteous staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast buffet exceeded my expectations with a wide variety of options. The hotel also had a pool, exercise areas, and a main restaurant that made my stay even more enjoyable.

There was a small inconvenience with the mattress size, which seemed a bit small for a king-size bed.

The breakfast buffet had a good variety and the staff were friendly and helpful. Central location with a mall attached. Beautiful property with large rooms and great views. Amenities such as pool, gym, and spa were clean and well-maintained.

Nothing that I didn't like.

We had a great value for our money, with a cozy and enjoyable room in a convenient location. The staff at the hotel, especially Miss. Ngoc Anh and Mr. Hung , took excellent care of us.

Great buffet breakfast with a variety of options to choose from. the hotel gym and pool were also well-maintained and easily accessible. the location was also a plus, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.

The room service staff used the business table as a dining table, which wasn't very comfortable. the room also had an obstructed view due to a post left from the construction.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Hai Phong recently. The location was convenient and the staff was helpful and polite. I especially want to mention a specific member of the staff, Ms. Ngoc Anh , who went above and beyond to assist me during a medical situation. Even though the management didn't ask for additional services, she took good care of me and provided helpful information about the area. The whole stay was made comfortable because of her and two other staff members, Ms. Ngoc Anh2 and Mr. Andy. I'm looking forward to staying there again and meeting these three amazing people. I highly recommend this hotel.

the exclusive amenities such as the Spa & wellness centre and swimming pool with stunning views left us feeling pampered. the Full body massage was excellent and the staff were well-trained. the room advantages, including private facilities were exceptional.

While the restaurant had a good selection of options, the quality of some of the meals could have been improved.
