Fantastic hotel! Loved the delicious food, friendly staff, clean rooms, and amazing spa. The tour to Phong Nha Caves was brilliant. Highly recommend!

Such a shame there wasn't much to do in Dong Hoi. And the windows could use a good cleaning!

The hotel had a beautiful pool with a fantastic view of the ocean. The room was comfortable and had a great view as well. The staff were incredibly sweet and helpful. The gym was clean and the equipment was nice. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection of delicious food.

Felt totally at home, no complaints whatsoever.

My recent stay at Melia was excellent. The hotel is beautifully located on the river bank and the rooms are spacious and clean. The spa and gym facilities were also top-notch. I was impressed with the amenities provided.

The staff at this hotel are friendly and helpful, especially Ms. Le Nhan who went above and beyond to assist us. They quickly arranged a one-day tour for us and the price was reasonable. We felt welcomed and taken care of throughout our stay.

Our experience at the hotel felt like home, with no reason to complain.

Spent Easter weekend at a luxurious hotel with well-maintained amenities. the hotel had an amazing location near the market and offered a wide breakfast selection. the YHI spa was top tier and the gym was well-equipped. the tour to Phong Nha Caves organized by the hotel was fabulous and affordable.

The hotel had little to offer outside of being a base to explore Phong Nha Caves. We struggled to find decent eating places outside the hotel, and our hotel restaurant experience felt unplanned and empty.

We had a fantastic stay in this hotel! The rooms were fabulous, spacious, and very comfortable. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a well-equipped gym and a magnificent spa with friendly and attentive staff. The location was perfect, right next to the market and close to the fish market, providing us with a great opportunity to experience local culture. Moreover, it was just a lovely walk to the beach and a short distance from the Phong Nha Caves. The breakfast spread was superb, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The staff were brilliant and extremely helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure our needs were met.

Conveniently located near restaurants, markets, and a supermarket. Impressive gym and indoor pool. Spacious and comfortable rooms, especially the cozy mattresses. Great on-site facilities including a lovely swimming pool and saunas. Friendly and helpful staff with quick room service and delicious breakfast options. Highly recommended.

Staying at this hotel was a luxurious experience. The exclusive amenities such as the Spa & wellness centre, sauna, and indoor swimming pool were exceptional. The friendly staff provided excellent massage and beauty treatments, ensuring we felt pampered and relaxed. The entertainment in the leisure/TV room made for a comfortable evening in, and the restaurant served fantastic in-room breakfast, dinner, and snack bar options. The private facilities added to the luxury experience, making us feel like royalty during our stay.

There was only one minor issue during our stay at this hotel - the dinner menu had limited options for those on special diets. However, this was easily resolved by speaking with the restaurant staff, who were more than accommodating and provided a custom meal for us.
