The hotel is stunning, with beautiful and well-maintained facilities. The beds are large and extremely comfortable. The staff are always helpful, friendly, and well-prepared. The restaurant offers good quality food, as does the room service from the same kitchen. The breakfast buffet has a great selection.

My Thanksgiving stay was enjoyable. the rooms were large and comfortable making it a great place to relax. the breakfast buffet was well-stocked and had plenty of choices, including both continental and Asian options. the staff were always helpful and friendly, creating a welcoming environment. the location was also convenient and close to amenities.

Although the hotel staff did eventually try to remedy the situation, it took too long to resolve. the dining options were limited, with few options outside of the hotel.

This hotel is incredibly luxurious, with exclusive amenities that fulfilled our every need. the room advantages were impressive - spacious, modern and with a stunning view of the surrounding area. the spa and wellness centre was one of our favourite spots, with a heated swimming pool, sauna, steam room and spa lounge. the massage and beauty treatments were exceptional, leaving us feeling relaxed and pampered. the restaurant, bar and snack bar were fantastic, offering a range of delicious meals and drinks.

The only bad aspect was the service - occasionally, a few staff members seemed unseasoned in hospitality. Nonetheless, this did not detract from our overall experience and the attentive service provided by most of the staff.

The late response to a noise issue experienced during the night, which disrupted a good night's sleep. However, the prompt morning apology from the manager reflects their commitment to rectifying such incidents in the future.
